Why TC Flag Football?
TC Flag Football is the premier flag football league in the Twin Cities, built for players who love the game and the community around it. With divisions for all skill levels and games held at top-tier indoor facilities, we provide a competitive, organized, and inclusive football experience year-round. Whether you’re chasing championships or just looking for fun on the field, there’s a place for you here.
Leagues
We offer year round leagues, leagues are offered in 5v5 and 6v6 formats for both Co-ed and Men. We accept both team and individual registrations, as well as free agent registrations.
Tournaments
We offer a variety of Tournaments throughout the year with various themes and formats. Many of our teams also compete at the National level when it comes to tournaments.
Locations
We currently offer leagues in two locations.
West Saint Paul Fall thru Spring League Saturdays (6-9pm)
Blaine National Sports Center Summer Thursdays (7-10p) Fall thru Spring Thurs. (9-12a)

SKILL LEVELS
At TC Flag Football, we believe that players should be able to compete competitively at their level and still enjoy the game.
Warrior (Novice)
New to the game? No problem. The Warrior Division is perfect for first-timers, casual teams, and free agents just looking to have some fun and get in the mix. Whether you’re playing with friends or learning the ropes, this division is all about good vibes, growth, and enjoying the game — no pressure, just flag football at its most fun and accessible.
Titan (Challenging)
This is the proving ground. The Titan Division is built for experienced teams looking to level up and push toward elite status. You know how to ball — but now it’s about putting it all together. If you’re signing up solo, you’d better know your route trees and defensive reads — this isn’t backyard football. These teams aren’t quite Gladiators… yet — but they’re coming for that crown.
Gladiator (The Elite)
This is where the elite come to prove it. Built for serious competitors who thrive on high-stakes action, the Gladiator Division isn’t for the soft-hearted — respect isn’t handed out, it’s earned. Emotions get left at the door, and every play is a statement. Think you’ve got game? Show up and show out… or get exposed.
League Seasons have an 10 game guaranteed minimum.
